What this platform is
iGamingTruth hosts content submitted by users. Reviews, ratings and comments reflect the personal experiences and opinions of the people who wrote them. They are not statements of fact by iGamingTruth, and publication does not mean we have verified that the events described occurred.
Using the platform
You must be legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything submitted through your account.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you write. By submitting it, you grant us a licence to publish, display and distribute it on the platform and to moderate, format or generalise it in line with our policies. You confirm that what you submit is your own first-hand experience or honestly held opinion, that it is not knowingly false, and that you have the right to share it.
Acceptable use
You may not submit content that violates our community guidelines, impersonate anyone, attempt to identify a reviewer, submit reviews you were paid or pressured to write, use automated means to submit or scrape content, or attempt to manipulate ratings.
Our rights
We may moderate, decline, restrict, de-rank or remove content that breaches our policies, and may suspend or restrict accounts. We may change or discontinue features. We aim to give notice where it is practical to do so.
Liability
The platform is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that every review is accurate. Users are responsible for the content they submit and for decisions they make based on content they read here. Nothing here is legal, financial or employment advice.
Disputes
Complaints about content should be raised through our review integrity and disputes process before any legal step. That process is designed to resolve most issues without either side needing lawyers.
