Interviews are the first honest signal you get about how a company operates. A disorganised, disrespectful or endless process usually says something true about the organisation behind it.
What candidates report
For each employer we show interview difficulty on a five point scale, the average length of the process from first contact to decision, the share of candidates who described the experience positively, and the shape of the process itself: how many stages, what kind of assessments, and who you are likely to meet.
Questions worth asking in your own interview
Use the reviews before you go in. If several employees mention how a restructure was handled, ask about it directly. If bonus transparency comes up repeatedly, ask exactly how the scheme is calculated and when it was last changed. If work-life balance scores are low, ask what the busiest month looks like and what happens to hours during it. Specific questions get specific answers, and how a company responds to a direct question is itself information.
How candidates are treated matters
Ghosting after final stage, unpaid work presented as a task, moved goalposts on salary, and processes that stretch past two months all appear in our data. You are allowed to weigh them.
