Live Studio Operations Lead

About the role

Run the day to day operations of our live dealer studio, keeping tables on air, presenters at their best and stream quality flawless around the clock. This is a hands on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast, shift based environment. What you will do: • Own studio scheduling and shift patterns across game presenters, shufflers and floor supervisors. • Maintain broadcast and gameplay quality, resolving technical and presentation issues in real time. • Recruit, onboard, train and coach presenters, setting and reviewing performance standards. • Enforce game integrity, security and fairness procedures on the studio floor. • Work with the technology and product teams to launch new tables and improve the player experience. What we are looking for: • Experience leading teams in live casino, broadcast, hospitality or a similarly fast paced operation. • Confidence managing rotas and people across a 24/7 schedule. • Calm under pressure, with excellent communication and problem solving skills. • Knowledge of live dealer operations or gaming regulations is a strong plus. Hybrid role based in Gibraltar, with on site presence required during studio hours.
