Compliance Officer

About the role

Help keep a fast growing B2B casino aggregator on the right side of the UK Gambling Commission. You will own the day to day compliance operations that protect our licence, our operator clients and their players. What you will do: • Support all UKGC licence obligations, including LCCP compliance, regulatory returns and annual assurance. • Run AML and KYC monitoring, review escalations and file suspicious activity reports where required. • Maintain and update policies, risk assessments and internal controls, and train staff on their obligations. • Act as a point of contact for operator due diligence and regulator correspondence. • Monitor regulatory change across the markets we supply and translate it into practical actions. What we are looking for: • 2+ years in a gambling, payments or financial services compliance role. • Working knowledge of the LCCP, AML regulations and the UK regulatory landscape. • Meticulous attention to detail and strong written English for policy and reporting work. • A relevant qualification such as ICA or a foundation in AML is an advantage. Office based in central London five days a week, with a structured path towards a senior compliance role.
