Senior Procurement Analyst, Marketing

About the role

As a Senior Procurement Analyst supporting Marketing, Corporate Services and Business Operations, you'll provide analytical, sourcing and operational support across a diverse portfolio of services spend. You will partner with Procurement, Finance and business stakeholders to support sourcing initiatives, maintain supplier and contract information, and develop insights that inform commercial decisions. What you'll do: - Support sourcing across media and advertising, agencies, creative and production, sponsorships, talent and influencer services, market research, consulting, contingent labour, workplace, travel and professional services. - Perform spend, rate, fee, supplier, benchmark and financial analyses to identify trends, opportunities and renewal risks. - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports covering spend, sourcing pipeline, savings, supplier performance and upcoming renewals. - Support RFx processes and assist Procurement Business Partners with commercial analysis, benchmarking, business cases and contract negotiations. What you'll bring: - A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. - Strong analytical skills using Microsoft Excel and reporting or data-visualisation tools. - An interest in technology commercial models (SaaS, cloud, enterprise licensing, AI, data and professional services). - Strong organisational, communication and collaboration skills. Compensation: US base salary range 79,400 to 99,300 USD, plus bonus, equity and benefits.
