Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, organised and adaptable Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People team. This is an exciting opportunity to build a broad career in Talent Acquisition by supporting recruitment across multiple functions while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. As the operational backbone of the Talent Acquisition function, you will ensure smooth and efficient recruitment through coordination, system management, reporting, candidate experience support and relocation coordination, while also managing selected roles across corporate, creative, studio, operations and technical functions. What you'll do: - Support end-to-end recruitment across a variety of business functions. - Source, screen and shortlist candidates using multiple channels; draft and publish job adverts. - Coordinate interviews, scheduling and recruitment logistics; collect and communicate feedback. - Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and produce hiring reports and dashboards. - Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from application through onboarding. - Coordinate relocation, visa applications and work permits for successful candidates where required. What we're looking for: - Excellent organisational and time-management skills with high attention to detail. - Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder-management skills. - Experience using an ATS and proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities. - Languages such as Danish, Arabic or Greek are advantageous.
