About the role

As an Employee Support Specialist, you'll own complex, multi-step employee cases that require end-to-end case management, specialised knowledge and a high-touch employee experience. You'll focus across Global Mobility and Immigration and Benefits Leave Support, serving as the primary employee-facing case owner across both specialties. What you'll do: - Serve as the primary case owner for Global Mobility, Immigration and Leave Support requests from intake through resolution, with proactive communication throughout. - Guide employees and managers through processes by clearly explaining eligibility, timelines, documentation and next steps. - Manage case milestones, documentation, SLAs and reporting within Workday, JustAsk and other case-management platforms. - Escalate complex policy, compliance or legal matters while remaining the employee's primary point of contact. What you'll bring: - At least 3 years supporting HR Operations, Employee Services, Global Mobility, Immigration, Benefits, Leave Administration or a related People function. - Working knowledge of Global Mobility / Immigration processes and/or Leave of Absence programs (FMLA, ADA, disability, state and paid leave). - The ability to explain complex policies clearly, empathetically and professionally. - Strong collaboration and communication skills and experience with HR information and case-management systems (Workday, JustAsk). This is a remote role in Canada. DraftKings is a publicly traded (NASDAQ: DKNG) company headquartered in Boston; a gaming licence may be required.
